How does customisation work?

Can I see my design before ordering?

Yes. You’ll see a live preview of your customised t-shirt before you add it to cart.

Can I customise both the front and back?

Currently, designs are available as front-only. We’ll be adding more options soon. Our Print process is 100% Eco-friendly water based inks leading towards sustainable production.

How long does production take?

Orders are printed within 2–5 working days, then shipped.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for customisation errors made by the customer.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if I make a mistake in my design?

Please double-check spelling, dates, and details before checkout. The design is printed  as shown in the preview. The visual mock up is for illustration purposes so sizing may differ all artwork is printed withtin 1400x1600 print area.
